Privacy Policy

Discipled Warriors is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry. You can reach us at ray@discipledwarriors.org.

This website does not require an account, and it does not ask you to log in. The only personal information the ministry receives is what you choose to send us.

When you send a contact form, what you typed is posted to this website and delivered to the ministry as an email by Resend, our email provider. It is not stored in a database on this site. Resend handles that delivery under its own privacy terms.

We use what you send us to reply to you and to arrange the thing you asked about, such as joining a cohort, bringing the program to your church, a speaking request, or giving.

We do not sell what you send us, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. The ministry does not build advertising profiles from it. Website analytics are described separately below.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the ministry relationship, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so.

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel processes standard technical request information such as IP address and browser type in order to serve pages and protect the service. That processing is governed by Vercel's own privacy terms.

We use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use this website, so that the ministry can improve it. Both set cookies in your browser to recognize a returning visit, and neither runs on the ministry's private portal or on the password page.

Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, including clicks, scrolling and general navigation, and it reconstructs those visits so we can watch them back as anonymous sessions. It masks what you type into form fields. The information it gathers is processed by Microsoft under its own privacy terms, and Microsoft may use it for its own purposes, including advertising.

Google Analytics counts visits and tells us which pages people read, roughly where in the world they are, and how they found us, such as from a search engine or a link. It does not record your screen. The information it gathers is processed by Google under its own privacy terms.

If you prefer not to be included, most browsers allow you to block cookies or send a Do Not Track signal, and browser privacy settings or extensions can block either of these tools outright.

Donations made on this website are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure pages and are never collected by, held by, or passed through this site. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.

This site is aimed at adults and at church leaders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
