Men are assigned into cohorts on the day. Nobody has to work out where they fit.
You eat and train together
A full day in your own church building, every meal with the same men. Bonds form because proximity forces them.
You take your turn leading
Each man prepares a lesson and leads his brothers through it. Most do it for the first time in their lives.
It finishes properly
A ceremony, families present, a certificate signed by the men who were in the room with you.

How a church runs it.

Ray founded Discipled Warriors and stewards the ministry to make it a force multiplier for God’s Kingdom. He leads it in a full-time capacity.
He is married to Kelly. They have four children, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and six grandchildren.
