About Discipled Warriors

Why We Exist

Discipled Warriors exists to educate and encourage men to be successful stewards of God’s Kingdom. Successful stewardship of His Kingdom requires the tools and mindset necessary to survive and thrive in spiritual warfare.

Discipled Warriors seeks to strengthen local churches using an Intensive Program which teaches and trains men to be the spiritual leaders God created.

Intensive Program

Intensive Teaching Session

It occurs Thursday through Saturday night at the congregation’s church. Participating men are placed into a cohort, where they learn and practice spiritual warfare truths as a team. The 48-hour indoor camping session provides good food and prepares each cohort for Discipleship Training.

Discipleship Training Meetings

Each cohort determines how they will meet once a week for twelve weeks. The two-hour meetings reinforce the Intensive Teaching lessons, provide additional leadership experiences and encourage cohort bonding.

Completion Ceremony

The Intensive Program ends with a celebration dinner at the church for all of the men and their families, followed by a ceremony where each man receives a Discipled Warriors shirt that is specific to their church and cohort, and a certificate of completion.

Guiding Concepts

These are the core values that guide our teaching and training.

Men are the stewards of God’s creation (Gen 2:15-19).
No one succeeds alone (Gen 2:18).
Stewards give, not take (Acts 20:35).
All of us are born into spiritual warfare (Eph 6:12).
God’s stewards will conduct battle (1 Timothy 6:12).
Battlefield success requires training (Psalm 144:1-2).
Spiritual warfare success requires discipleship (Matt 28:19-20).
Warrior stewards support their local church (Heb 10:24-25).

Costs are time for the participants (a 48-hour Intensive Teaching session followed by 12 weeks of Discipleship Training meetings) and $2,500 per cohort (one cohort is ten or fewer men), paid by the church.
